The air conditioning failed to function during my stay, leaving me uncomfortable!!! Additionally, the maintenance issues, including a broken balcony door frame, reflect poor attention to detail and need addressing!!! Housekeeping frequency was below expectations!!!

Had a delightful stay with a well-equipped apartment. the kitchen had everything we needed. However, the shower valve was loose and needed fixing. Would definitely come back!

The room had great kitchen facilities which made meals easy. We enjoyed concerts at the nearby arena and explored the vibrant shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We also loved the comfy common area to chill out after a day out.

We had a hiccup with the shower temperature not being consistent. Most of the time it was fine, but we had a few moments where it got too hot unexpectedly, which was a bit annoying.

Clean studio but wi-fi was slow and check-in took forever at 3 pm.
